Endurance[]

Ashley was one of the contestants that made it through the right to stay. In the partner selection, she and Sabrina were desired by every guy on the beach. However, according to Jonna's list, she was to be partnered with Christian, who is the partner she wanted because she felt like she could talk to him easily. She was one of the supporters of the List; when she caught the Blue ball, she partnered Aaron with Jonna as planned. Ashley got Christian, but it was because Sabrina manipulated Layla. It also appeared that Sabrina and Ashley's friendship evolved into an alliance between the Red and Yellow Teams, which threatened the other teams, making them motivated to kick them off. Nevertheless, they affirmed their friendship with a red ribbon wrapped around Yellow's pole.

They were among the final three teams in Tilt, but lost. Ashley mentioned how she had "the mind down, the matter didn't work". Ashley believed Jonna when she said she won't target Red or Yellow, though Jonna wanted the former to keep it a secret. In Knotted Up, they were in a close race with the Blue Team, but ended up losing to them. As a result, Ashley believed the Blue Team was becoming a threat, because they've won two missions in a row. When Jonna told her and Sabrina Green was going to get sent up, Ashley believed if it wasn't them, then Red or Yellow could be sent up to the Temple of Fate.

In the next episode, Ashley, like the other contestants, was shocked by Max's letter to the rest of the contestants. In the mission that followed, Plant the Flag, the Red Team did decently, but after the challenge, Ashley was offended when Christian told the girls to stop eating hamburgers, partially because the boys have to lift them frequently. Along with Sabrina, Ashley coerced Trevor to give information about the Temple of Fate, which distressed Lana. Because their allies, Yellow won the mission, Red was spared from the Samadhi.

In Squeeze Play, using her knowledge of the other contestants, Ashley breezed through the competition, giving Red their first mission win. When it came time to send two teams to the Temple of Fate, Ashley contemplated sending Blue, because they were becoming a strong team and talked to Green about it. Like Sabrina, she forgot about her alliance with Layla with Purple, and ultimately sent them, along with Orange, to the Temple of Fate.

Upon making it to the final 5, Ashley began to seriously consider turning on Blue due to their strength and for having a comparatively large amount of pieces. Ashley did not keep this on the downlow as she admitted to Aaron that she wanted his pieces as well as putting water in Aaron's bucket in the Water Logged mission which helped make Blue the first teams out of the challenge. Red ultimately finished third while Yellow were the winners. Ashley tried to convince Yellow to give the samadhi to Blue but Sabrina refused, not wanting to lose Blue's support. In fact, Sabrina even considered giving Red the samadhi though Jon convinced her not to. Orange was ultimately selected to receive the samadhi. In Eruption, Red finished third while Blue won the mission. Despite Ashley's previous statements, Blue kept them safe by sending Green and Orange to temple instead.

In House of Cards, Green pulled a surprise win, giving them the power of samadhi. While Red wasn't in danger of getting the samadhi, it seemed Lana and Sabrina were starting to make a deal to target Red and Blue (they were seen earlier throwing rocks to separate a red ribbon from the yellow poll. Christian was trying warn Ashley that Sabrina was a backstabber but Ashley denied that Sabrina would betray them. Jon then informed Ashley of Sabrina's intention and noted that while she could just him, he couldn't guarantee the same thing of Sabrina. Ashley made Jon promise to not let Sabrina send Red. Ashley then told Lana that Sabrina wanted to send the Red and Green teams to temple. Ashley then talked with Sabrina to try to patch things between them and it seemed to work. As expected, Red was safe from the samadhi as Green instead gave it to Blue. Despite Blue's handicap, they still won Dial In. Ashley noted that this would create them enemies since they would have to split the alliance as they couldn't save both Yellow and Red. Fortunately for Red, Blue saved them and instead sent Yellow and Green, the latter ended up being eliminated.

The following day, Ashley was talking with Jonna as Sabrina was being mean to her after being sent to temple. Ashley also revealed in a confessional that Jon had sent gave her a letter the night before in case he got eliminated claiming he enjoyed the time he spent with Ashley. She claim they would keep in touch after the game ends. Ashley also expressed the need to give Blue the samadhi. In Build a Pyramid though, despite being close to winning, Blue was able to solve the puzzle first. She spoke with Jonna about who Blue was given the samadhi (specifically who was deciding, her or Aaron). While a little worried at first when Jonna said Aaron was deciding, Jonna stated Aaron wanted to give it to Yellow, much to Ashley's delight. Aaron though ends up asking to remove the samadhi from the game which meant no one was going to be handicapped. Ashley didn't think it was a good idea and when inquiring Aaron about it, she asked if it was a "sudden spur of stupidity". In Leap of Fate, Red was the first team eliminated when Christian mistimed a jump, and thus giving Red an automatic temple sentence. This upsetted Ashley to the point that she could not talk or look at him. They would end up facing Yellow at temple, to which Jonna commented it would be hard on Ashley even if she won as she might not get to see Jon or Sabrina again. At temple, Red won the first round but Yellow won the second. In the third round, they tied, forcing a fourth round. Yellow ending up winning again, thus eliminating Ashley and Christian.

Portrayal & Relationships[]

Ashley was best friends with Sabrina in the show. She seemed like a very nice girl, who appeared to be manipulated by Sabrina's influence. Ashley and Sabrina's partner, Jon, admitted to each other that they liked one another during filming. When the Yellow Team was sent to the temple of fate with the Green Team, he wrote her a letter expressing his true feelings to her.

Despite her friendships, there were times she wished the teams thought more strategic. She also made it clear that she wanted the Blue Team gone because they were the strongest team even though she was good friends with Jonna. This did annoy Christian a bit as he wished she wasn't so open about it. Even Sabrina was annoyed about it to the point of considering giving Red the samadhi though Jon objected. She also was happy when Jonna said they would give the samadhi to Yellow after winning the Build a Pyramid mission since it would mean one of the strong teams would be handicapped. She seemed despised when Aaron decided to take it out of the game.
